Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I'm heading over to London for the weekend soon and was hoping to pick up a couple of lenses on the cheap, hopefully 2nd hand.

    Does anyone know of any good dealers there?

    Good luck, but you must realise that Nikon, Canon & Sigma have all put prices up.

    I have a Sony and i'm looking to buy 2nd hand, so Minolta prob. Just thought there'd be way more selection and options there.

    Isnt there a photoexchange in london? Might get second hand gear.

    Oh look out for the cheap prime -minolta 50mm f1.7, everybody with a sony should have one!

    Take a walk down Tottenham Court Road. Loads of camera and electronics shops there.

    Yeah thats pretty much what I'm looking for, and maybe a zoom, only have the kit lens atm.

    Hmmm look for the 70-210 f4(constant) and the 75-300 f4.5-5.6. Just make sure there early ones for the zooms (they will say maxxum on the side) as there better of better build and there optics are pretty good.
