Starter: probably shop bought spring rolls

As you can see I've gone for a bit of an oriental theme. For some reason I can't think of anything to make for dessert. I need to do the shopping for it tomorrow because I won't have time on Saturday(getting the car fixed). Either something I can prepare tomorrow or something that doesn't take ages that I can do on the Saturday.

There'll be three of us but I don't mind making something bigger for us, when my brother comes over to my place the first place he go's is the fridge so it won't last long.
