Just fpund out that this is stuck in reverse gear, any waht exactly this could be?
Theres potential there for it to be something simple.

no fluid in the reservoir? surely you can change gear with the engine off?

could just be a problem with the selector, but it could also be a f**ked box, no way to tell without bein physically in the presence of it. would be worth twice to 3 times that dependin where you are when you're sellin it if it had a workin gearbox and passed its test
