Good Hotel with Spa for Mam's B-day

Can anyone help me out picking a nice little hotel with a spa?Any where in Ireland! It's for my mam's birthday so I'd like somewhere that had some good shops or places to go near by, thanks!:D

The Osprey in Naas is very nice, lovely hotel and restaraunt with gym and spa. Naas is full of shops too and the Kildare Outlet stores arent far away.
