    Spectacular, takes me back. Great pics, but even these can't fully capture the majesty of the place. The beauty of nature on that scale gets inside your very soul.

    I spent Easter visiting my Brother in Spain and eased back into running after injury in Retiro Park in Madrid. The return was was working welluntil going over on my ankle in Howth IMRA race last Wednesday!!

    5am start for a new 16mile loop this morning,

    I decided to run through the ruins of Kells Priory known locally as the seven castles, at around 6.30am.
    Photos aren't the best as it was lashing rain and water ended up on the len's
