Thinking of buying new house

hey guys/gals i`m thinking of maybe gettin back onto the market but not so sure if i should hang on another while n see does houses drop more or not. one question that i have been wondering about is this, if u see a new house on market,can you bid less than the asking price with the builder even though its a brand new…
