I'm looking for house to rent

Small family is looking for house to rent up to 20 km from Galway. It has to be new or "almost new" and in VERY GOOD CONDITION (after refurbish, with new furniture). 2-3 bedrooms bungalow with garage and garden in quite area, would be the best for us :) Rent up to 650 euro monthly.

Goodness me, whatever makes you think that.

It's not that I don't like them, I just have realistic expectations about what behaviour you can expect from them, given their developmental levels.

And I know how many of my friends purchased new sofas, chairs, mattresses etc after their children started school, having put the purchases off for a couple of years "just in case".
