I actually have blanking caps for the barrels, I milled a load of them from nylon stock. The dust doesn't worry me, it's just unslightly and tends to invade every nook and cranny.

i know im sick of cleaning mine!!:(

Did a bit more work on my storage space tonight... the rest of the shelves now slide and test cut some foam that I had lying around.

Hi KDouglas, much impressed with your setup. What did you use to bond that grey foam onto the wooden backboard? Have lots of the stuff myself, and was thinking along similar lines.. thanks.:)

you can get a spray adhesive in stationary shops like Easons etc. cant remember the name of it but its in a silver and red can, super strong stuff and works very well with the foam.,.

I just used a hot glue gun to hold it in place for now. I'll be getting much bigger sheets long-term to cover the entire length and width of all the shelves and will be getting some better adhesive then.

My gear's in a wardrobe. The guns are kept in their bags. Rations and shirts etc overflow into a chest of drawers. The wardrobe's pretty full though, so it's a good thing I won't be buying very much more equipment. Otherwise it would all have to go up into the attic.

    Lol, thanks man :)

The foam I have there was just some bits of packaging I got in work a few weeks ago (hard drive in a box surrounded by foam), however I'm going to look at getting sheets of foam from an upholstery company.

you can buy that foam, (and the similar one with the cone shapes in it) in furniture upholstery shops. theres one on the end of Parnell street where it meets capel street.

Just wondering what you use to keep all your bits and bobs together...

Ammo boxes for ammo, gun rack for guns; rest of the junk in boxes somewhere.

Do you really think so? I suppose it depends on where you live and how many people know that you're into airsoft but is it really that likely that someone is going to track me down to where I live and steel my AEG's etc. or am I being too naive:confused:

Well I know you live in Meath, so that narrows it down considerably, haha
