    Im looking to make a playlist for a road trip I'm going on in a few weeks. Its a 12 day thing so plenty of variety is welcome.

    I found Kyuss - Blues For The Red Sun is always a good album to drive to,also here's a few more I would anyway....
    Sepultura - Schizophrenia/Roorback
    Anything by the Smashing Pumpkins
    and Death are good when were goin anywhere,driving music!:cool:

    although what music do you listen to?..
    thats probly all to heavy

    I love Night Drives. Usually to the soundtrack of Clarity by Jimmy Eat World and Alligator by The National.

    For a road trip, though, it's gotta be Sufjan.

    Philip Glass' "Pruit Igoe" from Koyaanisqatsi is a massive favourite of mine for driving (somebody put up a link for me please, posting off iPhone). And all of Down's first album, N.O.L.A. is an awesome driving album altogether.

    Anything by Fleetwood Mac- if you're talking about easy-listening automotive pleasure.

    Achtung Baby is a great album to drive to- kinda has the opposite effect to Fleetwood Mac though.
