Was wondering where I can pick these up? Checked Tesco but had no luck there.

The Tesco ones are a Cuisine de France product so you should be able to pick them fairly easily.

I got some wholegrain Cuisine de France baps in Dunnes today. Very tasty :)

Itasbagal in the Abbey Street food court has very nice wholemeal bagels.

However, a recent report on Irish bread pointed out that white bread wasn't as bad as people thought (more folic acid etc added) and wholemeal wasn't as good.

Life Fibre have great bread available in the likes of Dunnes, Fresh and others, they also do a mini-bap variety pack...

I go for the Hi Fibre one myself

Tesco also do a sort of multi seed roll....very very tasty.:)

Life Fibre stuff is just too dear....and the little rolls arent as satisfying as the larger baps you get in Tesco.

yeah i'd like if their baps were a little larger, but their regular sliced loafs are a better option... the Hi Fibre one is very filling, so a single portion has me satisfied...

it's also top quality and as it is more satisfying it lasts longer than a 'regular' supermarket sliced pan, check out this SB Post article: Using your loaf for a discussion on those...

i'm also wary of the large chain supermarket's 'own brand' options... you should check out the Channel 4 Dispatches documentary:
The True Cost of Cheap Food

    enjoy the sambos :)
