Stand up tanning & aqua aerobics in Naas/Newbridge/Kilcullen

    What the title says! Just moved to Kildare and getting married in September, need to move the flab and the pasty white look!

    Any recommendations for aqua aerobics, don't want to pay membership fees so public classes are fine.
    Also looking for recommendations for stand up tanning in Naas/Newbridge/Kilcullen?

    Elaine Byrnes Beauty Clinic at Toughers Business Park (btwn Naas and Nbridge) are the best for sunbeds (no standups tho). Her beds are really new and its a lovely salon, also one of the cheapest around.
    The new pool in Naas is due to open early March so im sure if you keep an eye on Kildare County Councils site you'll find info on classes etc!
