Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Of a very different nature, I'm afraid!

Okay, question: 1.) I've just began playing Fallout 3 - and have read in the manual that it does "end". I'm just wondering what that means? Does it end like Oblivion, that when you finish the main quest, you can continue on for as long as you like - or does it go "THE END", and that's it???

2.) Does anyone know if MS intend to allow the avatars have achievement related stuff? E.g a Lancer gun for finishing GOW, etc. Sorry, I know I've brought this up before, but I can't find anything on it on the 'tinternet!

    1) Yes the end is, the end. Make a hard save before the final mission. The game will prompt you.

    2) Yes, recently MS announced that they where or thinking about, making unlockable stuff for your avatar, similar to achievements. Reach or do a certain milestone and you'll recieve something for your avatar.

EDIT: Here's the link... oh, and it was RARE's announcment not MS, my bad.

Thanks Rizzla, good news about the avatars.

Kind of disappointed about Fallout though, I was hoping it would be like Oblivion! :(

Yeah, avatar clothing is fairly good. I'm really surprised MS hasn't charged for any clothing yet. I'd love if with the Ghostbusters game you could unlock the uniform for the avatar.

Personally, I'd like to be able to dress up my avatar in the same suit of clothing as my Oblivion "Avatar" - a kind of suit of amour that only became available with one of the downloads (of the top of my head, it was called "Morag Tong" armour).

    Fingers crossed!!!
