From what I can tell people have different views to what attributes makes someone superior.

Usually if someone is tall, that will be a more important component of what makes someone superior.

Likewise for the following characteristics, outgoing, "good person", rich, has lots of friends, young, old, intellectual, big dick, muscular, intelligence, good with women, attractiveness of wife/ husband, knowledgable etc.

I think this has a lot to do with people having break downs. You find some people can be light hearted about most things, but if that core attribute topic comes up suddenly the tone of the conversation changes to more serious and/or defensive. If someone has spent their whole life equating how "good" they are to how superior they are they can have a break down when an experience comes along that shows them not to be "good."
Same story for the rest of the attributes.
