Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

lml scooter - advice re. attaching mirrors

I'm looking for some advice about how to fix rearview mirrors to an lml star scooter. The lml star is a copy of the vespa px125.The scooter doesn't have a slot on the top of the handlebars for attaching mirrors like the vespa models have. However, on the underside of the handlebars there are two screw points (each side has 2), so it seems that it would be possible to attach a bracket to the underside of the scooter and then fix mirrors onto that. To save on cost I'd like to do this seemingly simple job myself and just order parts online... problem is, I can't figure out what parts I need to get.So if there's anyone out there who knows what I'm talking about and can offer some advice it would be much appreciated! Thanks,JB

    Hiya,

    try this http://www.sip-scootershop.com/Products/61092000/Bracket+mirror+PXPK+for.aspx

Its a standard enough part, flips over for either left or right fitting and held in by 2 short 10mm head bolts that screw into underneath of headset as you noticed already.

    cheers, Tom.

If your near Dublin you could drive to city spares and see if they have anything to suit.

    Do a proper job,
Slap a crashbar on the front of her and stick 6 (at least) mirrors on there :D
