Cheapest way to get a HTC G1

Currently there's nothing out there I really want. The main facet of the G1 is the tight integration with my google mail and calendar. I had almost that level of integration with the Storm I had to send back (long story) so I figure I should bite the bullet and buy the phone I actually want regardless of it's availability…

I'd like to pay closer to €200 that the €300+ that I keep seeing on ebay.

Any ideas?
