The goal should've stood. Doyle never interfered. It was the deflection off the defender that brought it past the keep. Terrible decision by the lino

Not a fan of this ref. Why did he feel the need not to allow a fast free kick to go ahead just so he could have a word with a player, not even a dirty tackle on Doyle and no card needed but he just decided to have a word with the Georgian and take the advantage from us. Can't stand refs like that.

Now he's after getting in the feppin way at least 3 times, fool.

You don't have to physically touch the ball to be involved in the play. He was in between the ball and the goal, in it's possible flight path, so he was interfering with play.:rolleyes:

That's not the issue - he was involved in the play from an offside position.

I don't think the goal should have been ruled out. It's not like Doyle was intentionally trying to block the keeper's line of vision. If intention is needed for a handball decision then I think the same should apply with regards to situations with players in front of play.
