Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Laptop charger broken

    My laptop charger isnt working for some reason. It's a dell 1720 inspiron. When I put the connect from the plug that goes into the mains into the charger parts its makes a kind of static noise but it doesnt charge it at all, anyone any ida what the problem is?

    loose connection somewhere probably from wrapping the cord to tight around the charger you can try soldering it if you like but you'll most likely need a new one.

    eBay is your friend just make sure your buying off someone reputable theres alot alotta fake chargers.
