I've never seen replacement glass for them and I doubt you'll find it anywhere. Unfortunately you'll likely have to bin it and replace with a new one.

Ouch! Would cutting a cd case or something of that nature to fit work? Or does it have to be convex glass or something to work properly?

i was thinking this or maybe some perspex but i think it might have to be reflective glass as the one in it has a kinda red glare to it

what you need is lexan its a grade of perspex.
6mm lexan can stop a 22 bullet at 10 meters
had it before in work but have changed jobs since

Well I assumed you'd be wearing goggles and the sort :P.
And of course your AEG would rip it apart, CD cases crack and shatter if you drop them off the kitchen table :D.

Good to know you can get replacement glass though. And I never actually thought what could happen to my sight.

A similar thing happened to me, only my glass didn't stay in the sight :P

it would be great to know how your repair turns out, and would also love if you had some left over:D

    hi peter
posted that to you late this afternoon so you may not get it until wednesday.
    there is both 3mm and 5mm thick pieces 100mm X 150mm
it comes with a protective plastic coating on both sides to protect it, best to leave it on until you have done all your cutting and shaping is done.
it will cut easily with most saws, although possible one with a fine blade like a hacksaw is maybe best.you can sand or grind it also, but be gentle with it because if to much heat builds up it will start to discolor
hope it of use to you
