Plumbers in Meath?

I've called 8 plumbers from the phone book so far and one answered yesterday but I can't get through today  Can anyone let me in on the secret of actually getting through to one? :)

We have a water pump leaking badly after the frosts and it's outside of my DIY skills I think. Failing advise on how to get through to a plumber does anyone have any suggestions on where I'd start with fault finding a water pump? It's for a deep bore well and, as best I can tell, it's a seal gone on one of the pipes leading into/out of the pump itself.
