To correct myself on the above post; 15th March will actually be the last Dublin 100 for players to get points into the IO free-roll.

    Cheers,

    Carfax,

What is the breakdown of points from 1st-10th? and is a multiplier then used depending on no. of runners? Only have 3 points for this so imagine would need a very good finish to qualify. Will be there anyway

15 points is the minimum number of points for a win and its counted back from there. If we get over 25 runners it goes up to 18 points and over 30 runners it goes up to 20 points.

Expecting 40 runners this Sunday....Somewhere in that region anyway.

    Hope to see you there.

    Stephen.

Standard payout Doc.... .... Top 10%~ so with 50 players exactly probably would pay top 6 (6th getting money back).

    Hi John,

    Yes, sorry, No-Limit Texas Hold'em.

The skill level is pretty high....Ray Moloney has won two out of three tournaments that he has played with us and a lot of the other players that have cashed in the Dublin 100 are those that are there or there abouts consistently.

The structure just allows for the most amount of skill within the time-frame that we are working with.

    Stephen.

Hi steve , I just checked the site for the league positions for Dundalk and it doesnt seem to be updated yet.
Also is the last game on in the sportsman on sunday the 1st as there will be a clash with the Brucepoker event on the same day in dundalk which could effect numbers badly.

    Hi Damo,

I'll update it today myself, I promise :)

Paul rang me about the BrucePoker tournament alright but we have to stick to the first Sunday of every month too, so yeah its going to be on the same day....Nice chance for someone to pick up easy points for the free-roll.

    Hi JP,

Four way split so €950 each for top 4 places (€100 tip to dealers)....I'll post full results later if I'm wrong anywhere here but off the top of my head the payout went.
    44 Players; Total Prize-pool €4,400
1st €1,500 Eamon O'Reilly (€100 was taken off the top for bubble)
    2nd €1,100 Mick Goss
    3rd €800 Bernard Mc Hugh
    4th €500 Mick Carter
    5th €250 Martin Zaffky
    6th €150 Dylan Mc Cann
    7th (bubble) €100 John Hanaphy
    8th League Points Richard Killmister
    9th League Points Mark Holland

Hope this doesn't have anything to do with your thread in the main forum :)

    Stephen.

Great to see the number of runners, prize distribution etc. reported on this thread.
    I am all for transparency.

Only wish more tournament operators would do so !!
