    Hi all,

I, and a very good friend of mine are really interested in going to a spiritual retreat of some sort.
I'm not sure what type, maybe somewhere that can talk you through spiritual guided meditation, Maybe shamanic sweat camps/tents or some-thing like that.(in Ireland somewhere if possible)
More my friend is feeling lost as a person and needs some form of spiritual awakening.
I dont know where to start looking...
    Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

    Thanks -
Are there many more like this around ireland? Is €300 for a workshop kinda expensive?

You should consider a Vipassana 10-day meditation retreat, I have found them deeply helpful.

They don't espouse any rites, rituals or dogmas, and don't impose any beliefs on you. It's really up to you to find out the truth for yourself during the course.

There is a course in April in fact (which I'm working on as a server), and it's free as well (none of us get paid for serving):

""More my friend is feeling lost as a person and needs some form of spiritual awakening""
How can you be certain that this is the case?
There is a 'best time' for these things, to get maximum benefit.
