Urgently Needed - Fujitsu Siemens XP recovery CD

Hi Guys

I need a recovery CD for a Fujitsu Amilo Pro V2030D

I have lost mine and need to wipe the my system.

I know you can order a replacement recovery CD but its £44.99 + P&P from the UK to Ireland
thats around 60euro... you could almost buy a new license for that!!!

Anyone know where I an download a copy or borrow me a CD?

Also the Product key on the back will not work with any non Fujitsu bootable disk. And I rang MS Tech support and they told me to call Fujitsu

THE RECOVERY CD IS THE ONLY WAY!

The product key on the back is a Microsoft OEM product key, it's not specific to Fujitsu-Siemens. Some vendors recovery disks won't run on other vendor hardware, but this is not a product key issue.

Microsoft will not provide support for OEM products, thats why they refer you to Fujitsu-Siemens.

If you could possibly find out what model its for that would be great.
would it be possible for you to make me a copy and post it to be if its for a V2030D?

I can provide proof of having the laptop and the product Key if required.

The service pack is irrelevant, a key shipped with RTM will still work with an SP3 disc. Once it's OEM XP Pro you're fine.

the CD looks at the BIOS
don't worry if the CD isn't the right laptop, drivers can be got but you can't change the BIOS
