Firebird Heatpac: No Flame

Hi everybody! Got a big problem with our FIrebird Heatpac. Got new oil today (there were still about 50 l in the tank). Serviceman told me the last time to shut off the burner while they fill the tank. Left it for about half an hour then tried to start the burner again. Everything ok: oil and water circulating, temperature…

Hi everybody!

Got a big problem with our FIrebird Heatpac.
Got new oil today (there were still about 50 l in the tank). Serviceman told me the last time to shut off the burner while they fill the tank.
Left it for about half an hour then tried to start the burner again.
Everything ok: oil and water circulating, temperature ok - but no flame.
Burner tries to ignite, but only a little blue light and lots of smoke - no flame.
Anybody got an idea what I could do? Serviceman is not available until tomorrow pm, and it's getting cold in here
