Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can you post the recipe? You should be able to substitute cornflour, just multiply the amount by x1.5

Arrowroot is used as a thickening agent, like cornflour. The difference being that arrowroot tends to be used more to thicken sweet sauces because it's clearer while cornflour is cloudy.

You should be able to get arrowroot in the home baking section of any of the main supermarkets, Dunnes, Tesco, etc; I use it to make orange sauce when I'm cooking duck. It's not something you should have to go to a specialist shop for.
