Meteor - 9c min call charge

I don't use mobile phone much, but just noticed that they introduced 9c minimum call charge. I'm on the old "Pre-Pay Anytime Plus" plan since Feb 05 and there was nothing like that in T&S at that time. I have called them camplaining but all they said was it is in T&S that they can change prices at any time and they don't…

Does it apply to all price plans yeah? I'm on the pre-pay free texts to any network one...(forget name)!
