Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

Looking for some adivse on what to do for the best.

Ripped ceilings down in old cottage to find the original thatch roof?

It would appear that a concrete building & roof were build over the original cottage approx 50 years ago.

Now stuck as don't know where to start, do we remove the original building (already removed the thatch as in poor condition) or leave it where it is, I am aware that these old walls need to be able to breathe & obviously these cannot due to a concrete outer building.

Also not sure yet whether the most recent concrete building has been built on a foundation?

    Help would be much appreciated

    Thanks

    Lis

There is a little too much going on there, I would say you need a professional to actually look at the building, condition of walls and inspect foundations.
