Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Are they still open?
    Im trying to call them to find out if they have a camera in stock and its just ringing out on both numbers I have tried.

    There's an article on www.bjp-online.com about Jessops closing 17 more stores it doesn't mention if that is one of the stores effected. Try ringing first thing in the morning they might be too busy to answer the phone at other times

    They were definitely still open two weeks ago, if that is any good to you. I was ringing them quite a bit as well, and they wouldn't often get to the phone. From talking to them in store they have been very busy lately and are down two members of staff, so that is most likely the issue.

    You can also reserve your items online, to make sure they are there when you arrive. That's what I did...

    It's not a huge store so you could easily miss it, here's a map of the centre, just head towards Marks & Spencer and it's on your right after the O2 shop.

    I go to Jessops anytime I am up that way at all. The staff are imo very friendly and helpful. They will get you just about anything you want and will give you a call when its in. Great customer service
