Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    you'll get about 40 recommendations for understanding exposure by Bryan Peterson so i'll start with that one.

    Also "The Digital Photography Book" by Scott Kelby is a 'catch all' - quick tips on most topics - portraiture, weddings, groups, etc... Nothing too in depth but a lot of practical how-to information in there.

    Digital field guides by wiley press (wiley.com) are also very good.
    Got one for christmas on the model i have, very indept with complete breakdown of camera, lens options, lighting etc.
