Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Was i hacked?

    Right my windowslive id won't let me sign into msn messenger or onto the xbox site (incorrect password), however i can still play online. This account has my credit card details so i'm bloody well freaked out. Also as soon as 5 minutes ago another of my windowslive ids wouldn't accept my password. Have i been screwed over or is this happening to other people?

    And my security question won't work either.

    You've definitely got the password right? Sounds quite odd, if someone stole and recovered your tag you wouldn't be able to use it.
    Not having any issues logging on myself. I'd give MS a call to check what's going on, or reset your password?

    Are you using Eircom ?

    Its been well documented the problems they have had recently. I think something which alot of people are experiencing is with messenger. I had the same problem as you recently and was able to get into the web based client change my password but still was unable to access MSN with the chat client program.

    I know of at least two other people who have had the same problem using Eircom in the last week.

    My tag is fine and i can't reset my password because it won't accept my security question.

    Ring your card company ask them to deny all transactions for the next couple of days. That will give you enough time to sort out things with Microsoft.

    But how exactly do i sort things out with microsoft? When i try to use their support features they ask me to log in.
