It doesn't work because women get stalked a lot via PM etc. Not happy that it happens but that is why it isn't there.

Form groups of six posters. Randomly ban one of the six for a week and grant the other five immunity from the 'Verbal Abuse' clause of the charter so they can ridicule, humilate, deride and scorn the victim openly in the forum tempororally freed from the restraints of morality and decent behaviour.

Initally groups should be formed by selecting posters of similar post counts. Anyone with ten or more posts in AH is automatically entered.
