Less than someone who can't see they're both obscene. Suffering comes in many forms. Saddam Hussein's execution was a nasty one. Also, so was the beheading video. Can't remember which one it was but it certainly wasn't pretty and it wasn't so much shocking as it was saddenning.

2 girls one cup actually nearly made me vomit. I can handle gore (real and fake) pretty well, but that video was just completely out of order on many many levels I kind of felt like crying after it.

Oh, also found a video on youtube of some circus worker being mauled by a lion in it's cage. The poor ****er was limp and the ground was covered in blood while the lion held his down and gripped his neck with it's jaws. And the video was in spanish so i don't actually know what it was on about. but it basically went on for about ten munites longer than it should cos they didn't want to shoot the lion. So until it got to the point where your man was being dragged to the back of the cage screaming and bleeding from the arms and neck that the keepers decided to shoot the lion in the head.

and of course being youtube, there was loads of comments below about how they were "sick" to shoot the lion. I really feel sorry for anyone who looks at the video and takes pity on the lion over the bloke bleeding to death. I love animals but jaysus, id put the life of a human first.

I remember pre-internet days when watching the world at war series on tv and it showed images of atrocitys commited by the Nazis in poland during ww2 ie, hangings and then the concentration camps .That was disturbing then and we have come a long way since in being able to view just about any horror show in the world from our own homes ,somtimes minutes after they have happened .:(

On Friday we had an 'engineer' from a well known Phone/Broadband provider call out to the house to set us up with phone & broadband. During the installation he said "Can I use your bathroom" so I pointed him in the right direction and off he went. He was taking a while, and just as the missus was about to comment on how long he was gone he re-appeared.*

Anyway he finished his installation and left a few minutes later.

Then my folks dropped in while passing, we had a cup of tea etc etc, and before they left my mother decided to use the bathroom. She walked in, then there was a flush straight away, then she called us in. She was very embarrassed & saying "that wasn't me, it was there when I lifted the seat and it won't flush!"

You should have seen this thing!!! I've never seen anything as big, it was staring out of the jaxx at me! after about 5 flushes and 3 buckets of water it wasn't budging! I eventually had to don the rubber gloves, with a stick in hand, and break it with the stick!!!! then another couple of flushes to get rid of it......

Is this the sort of thing that I should, or even could complain to them about???


*We both later realised we were both thinking the same thing as he re-appeared, he took forever, but no flush sound came from the bathroom! The dirty cnut never even tried to get rid of it, he just left it there! ???
