o2.ie down all day?

o2.ie seems to be down, cant access it. Anyone else having the same problem?

I believe they've outsourced all their IT operations to IBM in India since last summer. And their website was not developed in-house either. So all-in-all, they've probably got no in-house IT expertise any more. Typical - some beancounter figures it'll be cheaper, and damn the customers.

I left O2 mainly because of this - always seemed to happen on Fridays - particularly trying to access webtext. 2 years later, it seems not much has changed on that front.
