got an email about the student assistence fund in UCD... deadline is this friday and there is a lot to get and organise so just wondering is it actually likely to get any help from this? or is it pretty much for people who are in serious need of it?????

Yeah it's in each and every college, and it's for anyone who is suffering hardship financially. So yeah, if you fit the category you should be able to claim from the fund.
