Good cheap painter

Need to get my hall and kitchen done, and will not do it myself after the mess I made of the living room. Anyone know of any good painters in the City? Kitchen is about 20 foot long, and about 12 wide.

I know a painter who would do it.He lives in my house and is trustworthy.
