Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey I want to swap a couple of games (mainly Lost and Forza 2,they ****!) for a new one...which would be the place with the best value?

    Adverts.ie, seriously. I tried xtravision for a standalone of Guitar Hero World Tour, four months old and was offered €20 for it. All the shops are terrible for it and will sell it on for about twice the amount they gave you.

    The worst thing about trade in games, is that the shop is making 100% profit. None of the money goes back to the developers, so you're not fuelling the industry, only the game stores...

    just call around some shops and ask what they offer, it's the only way you'll find out who gives the best deals on trade ins.

    Lost and Forza to both sell for about 5-10 euro each pre-owned. So expect about 8 euro for both of them combined in any store in town....in fairness even selling second hand on adverts you'd get no more then 15-17 euro for both but what can you expect with games that old/cheap. Bit of a way off of a new game. :D
