yeah, though im really hoping it's not gonna turn into an on-off, im too embarassed to be seen with you, oh ok, i do love you, but wait, im not sure i can do this drama-fest. they're allowd one or two dramas over the next two series, but it's gonna annoy me if it's on and off every other episode.

I bought Series 1 recently because I found it for like 13 Euro or something (I like buying things I don't need and may not like but it's ok because they are cheap.)

I'll see how I get on with it.

After Xmas during the sales I bought some silly amount of dvds merely because they were cheap. Only watched 2 of them. Im promising myself to watch them before the leaving cert.

I was just thinking how horrible the lesbian twin's voice was actually, it sounds like she needs a strepsil. I keep half-watching episodes because there's nothing else on on a Thursday, and the Naomi episode was the least terrible. I actually made it the whole way through...

I never seen Skins when it was actually on tv but heard good things about it, so I decided to watch it on 4oD. I thought the first 2 series were great, but I was very disappointed with the 3rd series. They should have kept the cast from the first 2 series... thought Cassie was brilliant character. I just didn't really get into the 3rd series and didn't feel connected with the characters as in the first 2 series.

Cook is just the same character as he was in Eden Lake isnt he. I should have got into skins earlier, only began watching at the start of Series 3.

I've been avoiding watching the 3rd series because of all the bad reviews. I don't wanna spoil my memories of the first two seasons. I haven't even watched all the 2nd season yet, only got it on DVD a few weeks ago.

i think it's kinda safer to watch the third series without ruining the first two, because of the complete cast change.

What the frack is a 'skins weekend' when its at home? i hate those people who want their life to BE just like skins and have mad parties, smoke weed and frack anything with a pulse because it is somehow 'cool':mad:. I'm hoping series 4 will result in me finally liking the new cast but more than likely it'll just be the finally nail in its coffin for me. The reason I loved Skins was because it wasn't like the usual teen shows that were just some middle-aged man's idea of what the yoof were getting up to but it completely lost that in the third series...

One where we all get high and have crazy adventures? tbh I don't know, we didn't do any drugs. I think it might have just been the craziness of going out two weekends in a row :eek:
