You mean Connected Ink? The place with the clothes shop upstairs and tattoo area downstairs. To be honest I'm unsure as to who is tattooing there at the moment but I've heard mixed reviews in the past, having said that head down and closely examine the portfolios, hold them to a high standard and unless you're blown away.....go somewhere else. €900 to finish your sleeve? I suppose it depends what needs to be finished and how intricate it is. What is your sleeve-style?

Nobody in Snakebite or Connected specialise in Japanese work, that said both shops should do a good job Pawel and Robert in Snakebite are both good overall artists as are Martin and Darius in Connected. Tommy in Classic Ink does great traditional Japanese stuff though, and the Italians in Sacred Art aren't bad at it either. Oh and 900 doesn't sound too bad either, I paid a grand for a half leg, ankle to shin.

Yeah Id like to know why you say this aswell.Snakebite are one of the most respected places in the country. In most threads asking where to get something done theyre always one of the first recommendations.

Hey, umm i was just really disappointed with my tattoo when i came out. It was a simple small japanese looking symbol on my wrist which had the initial of my nana of it (recently passed away) and it just wasn't how i wanted it. I felt he rushed it, it was over in literally two mins. It has two colours in it. And what was supposed to look like an "i" somehow looks like a "t" :(

Did they not put a template on your wrist first and ask you if your happy with the design?

Yea of course they did, but it was thick and they went closer to the inner edge rather than the outer edge if you get me? So it was all out of proportion and I said it to him while he was doing it and he said "sorry but i've already started it". Surely he's an artist, he could have done something to rectify it? :(
