    adblock plus ftw

especially during these bitter days of having everything web-based [and therefore plastered with ads]

Firebug, Adblock Plus and Dust Me Selectors are all that I have installed on this machine.

Firebug - Great for debugging and also exploring web pages.

UrlParams - Very handy for repeatedly submitting pages and quickly altering post and get details. Or just viewing the parameters submitted when you click a link or submit a form.

    Adblock Plus
    Tamper Data
    Live Http Headers
    Download StatusBar
    Webdeveloper
    Firebug
    JSView

I would hate to be without Adblock Plus and not be able to block all those bloody flash ads. Admittedly it was worse on my old machine where they would entirely lock the CPU at times, but it still makes such a difference for responsiveness in the browser.

Download Statusbar and Firebug are almost as indispensable.

Don't forget iMacros, makes repetitive testing a breeze. Especially when you have to fill in lots of data each time.

    On this machine:

    Adblock
    ChatZilla
    Clear Cache Button
    Cooliris
    Dust-me Selectors
    Firbug (FTW)
    Greasemonkey
    Safari View Win
    Sage
    Twitterfox

I had ubiquity on my laptop. Its in beta and has significant security issues but when it finished it will be awesome.

For work I wouldn't be able to live without:

    - Firebug
    - Web Developer Toolbar
    - Greasemonkey

    And in general:

    - AdBlock Plus
    - Foxmarks
    - Download StatusBar (Mozilla, fix the Downloads window already!)
    - StumbleUpon (great when you're bored...)

And some application-specific ones, like LogMeIn and 1Password...
