florida keys fishing holidays

After looking at the Norway trip in this thread - it got me thinking about a trip to Florida Keys for a bit of tarpon fishing. Seen that a few times on the discovery channels. Anyone done it? Any recommendations? I suppose i would have to get a group of us together - doubt they cater for one person going - unless you can…
