    Lads,

    I have been living in my new house for over 3 months now and have yet to recieve a gas bill.
    My girlfriend tired to ring them up but the automated system says it doesnt read our account number.
    I popped them an email just there ?

    Any ideas Why this could be ?

    Do you mean a gas or ESB bill - the title says ESB bill, yet the subject says gas bill, which is it? I would ring whichever supplies it is, and do not go through the automated answer service, but press the option to speak to an operator.

    wel if your ringing the ESB looking for a GAS bill that could be the problem
