Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Providing water on-site

Starting a new build in April-ish and one issue I face is the one of supplying water to the lads for the build. We will be drilling our own well, but I don't think the pump we would be installing could muster enough pressure for the builders.

What are peoples experiences with this?

I would drill the well first and provide some form of on-site water tank to store the water if pressure is an issue.

A genny will provide enough power to run a submersible pump from a borewell to fill a site reservour tank, so it is fairly common practice to drill the borewell very early on in the build.
