Feral cat won't come out of the shed

I got 2 cats 2 weeks ago. One feral the other tame & friendly enough. The friendly one has ventured out of the shed for the last week now but the feral one has not left the shed since we got her & I could count on one hand the amount of times I have actually seen her since we got her. Hi Gosnold

It will take time and patience for your feral cat to come round !

Just checking, where did you get the cats from ? Are they spayed/neutered?
Is there any chance the feral cat has done a runner? It's normal procedure when getting a new cat to confine them for 4-6 weeks so they get used to their territory. Otherwise they can be prone to getting lost.
