Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    SoFoBoMo: The Solo Photo Book Month

    Each year, a loosely organised international group of photographers decide to stop procrastinating and make a real physical book in a month or less. If you're new here, you might want to have a look at last year's projects or Gordon McGregor's essay 'Why take part?'

    There's a 'fuzzy month' thing so generally you do it during May but it can be slightly before or after.

    It's a great thing to do if you've been struggling to get out of a rut.

    It's scary - but not as scary as doing a longer term project.

    It also gives you fantastic experience in pulling a set of images together and shooting with a final destination in mind.

    You don't have to print the book - you don't even have to use dtp software - I used photoshop and exported from there to a pdf last year.

    I better start thinking about a project now :o
