All Defend U classes have moved....

    Hi lads, at last after years of struggling to find the right place, ..... we have now moved to our lovely new home biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

    .....so all Fairview BJJ classes and Swords Aikido classes are now at:

    Defend U Ireland Training Studios,
    Unit 4A Grattan Business Park,
    Clonshaugh Ind Est,
    D17.

    Aikido class times remain the same Mon & Wed from 7.30-9.30pm for the moment.
    BJJ classes have changed 7.30-9.30pm Tues and Thurs and Sat 1-3pm. Gracie Basics Tues 7.30-8.30pm.

    There will be lots of new classes coming over the next while.


    Directions:
    Clonshaugh Industrial is located just off Coolock Lane.
    From M50 go on to the M1 heading to city and take the Coolock exit. Go left towards coolock, then turn left at the third set of traffic lights for Clonshaugh Industrial Estate. Grattan Business Park is approximately 300m on the right (3rd right turn)

    From City take the Coolock exit off the M1, turn right towards Coolock, then turn left at the third set of traffic lights for Clonshaugh Industrial Estate. Grattan Business Park is approximately 300m on the right (3rd right turn)

    Public transport routes that service Clonshaugh:
    Bus: 17A, 27B
    27B from Eden Quay and 27B from Harristown - Time Table
