Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

HP Compaq laptop battery problem

    Hey guys,

    Just wondering where I can get a HP Compaq nc6120 fixed locally. The battery (which was probably one that should have been recalled although I cant be sure) leaked and did unknown damage.

    I dont really want to buy a new battery in case there's a bigger problem than that so I'm wondering if there is anywhere I can drop it in to that could take a look at fixing it?

    Any ideas?

    [edit] should have mentinoed that I looked at the where to get a laptop repaired thread and it seems to mostly be just sales places. Or places where you can buy parts, which isnt really any use to me.
