What drinks do you order when you go up to the bar?

Morning after night before - Bulmers (only one or two to get things rolling)

Day session - Usually heineken after the above, ocassionally guinness

Night out (pub) -Guinness. people find it strange that i can drink it all night, i think it lends itself to binges

Night out (Nightclub) - Usually Heineken, pints or bottles if the pints taste like ass. ocassionally Guiness if im feelin risky. Gin and Tonic, jagger

12 pubs of christmas - Guinness; tho i may have to rethink that one as i shat myself in hogans on camden st. in 2007 (it was pub 12)

Thailand - Singha because Chang is FILTH. Rum Buckets.

Laos - BEERLAO BY THE SHEDLOAD. Whiskey buckets (laos whiskey is cheaper than the pepsi they dilute it with so its cheaper to have more whiskey.craxy) easy on the redbull. had to back away from that stuff after the constant palputations in the mornings.

Australia - Terrible, terrible ozzie beer in too small glasses. Gettin a taste for beer blonde though. wine if im smashed, vodka when its cheap.

Christ! Last night was mission. Stopped drinking at 7:30am.

I was drinking vodka & lemonade, jager, jagerbombs, vodka shots and shakers.

I've stopped drinking pints, the hangover isn't worth it.

Now I've face work tomorrow after taking one of the girls home last night.

The line "its ok, I'm not your boss right now" worked

Here's how I order my drink . . . .

1 1/2 oz or six parts gin
1/2 oz or two parts vodka
1/4 oz or one part Lillet Blanc or Kina Lillet
Lemon twist for garnish

Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
Add the gin, vodka and Lillet to the cocktail shaker.
Cap the shaker.
Shake the ingredients vigorously for about five seconds.
Strain into a deep champagne goblet or cocktail glass.
Twist or bend the lemon twist to squeeze out some citrus oils and drop the twist into the drink.
Serve.

You have to really relish the "Frucht". Say it like you're tasting it.

Any bottled Belgian/German/Polish/Asain/English - no Americans. Generally draft beer as a last resort. All lagers are brewed under license here, which means they're ****e.

Anyone tried Moscow Mules? ( Vodka and Ginger Ale ) would love more of that after a feed of beers but Vodka sends me doolally.

Why ruin a perfectly good drink? Neither of ye have any idea about whiskey if ye are mixing it with the likes of orange juice... christ...

I'm drinking it years, yes I can drink it neat but it's to much to drink it like that all night when I'm out.

Ha, who said anything about being macho, or how much more I (or you) can drink? Nobody. Just saying it's a shame to mix with such a nice drink. The reserves are even nicer. Anyway I wouldn't drink it that often, when I do it's normally after a few pints.

I'm not suggesting I can drink more or less. My point was its the only drink that has always agreed with me (love waking with NO hangover), so when I'm out and I start and finish the night on it I need a little something to add or I'd be in a heap by the end! :P

Agreed the Reserves are much nicer, but to pricey for my budget!
