I use http://www.bonusprint.ie/ they are good quality, 9c per print for standard size plus there is 30% off this month.

Can take a week or two for delivery but if you're not in a hurry I'd certainly give them a go...

I got a thousand 6*4 pics printed for €60 odd euro including postage a couple of months ago. now i thought that was a bargin delivery was fast also
