Just for a change to the general theme of complaints, I would like to post a compliment to a company. The wife made an appt in Dr China (Douglas, Cork) for some treatment well over a year ago and paid in advance. She had to cancel so they told her they would credit her when she rearranged the appt. She never did but she did go in yesterday for another treatment and mentioned it to them. They looked it up immediately and used it as payment with no hassle at all.

That to me is excellent service. I cannot imagine most companies would honour something like that well over a year later.

Well done to them. The wife was well impressed with their service and will use them more as a result. If only some other companies could learn this kind of behaviour.

Sorry for wasting everyones time, but felt it only fair to point out good behaviour here also.
