High spec 05, so 7-8 grand would be right, but yeah 11k is taking the piss

Yep, and the alloys on it are monstrously queer looking!

That sort of milage is normal for those, it is nearly 8 years old after all. It's not high at all really. My own 05 has 147k miles on it now.

You wouldnt be asking for 11k for it though ;)

Nah, just my point is there's nothing "wrong" as such with the milage, so there's no need to mention it :p

Sure it's 1.5 on the book, that's worth 3 grand in itself!

Worth nothing because an insurance company wouldnt pay out on it its called insurance fraud they insure you on a 1.5 and you crash it and they realise its a 2 litre good look with that.

Dunno man, check out the statues in the photo's - someone who'd spend money on them could quite easily imagine 14K was a reasonable price for that spider!

    You'd never know :D:D

I think I'd buy this one though and use the €2k towards a nice driving holiday in it through Italy

These do cost a fair whack and seem to have been approved by the bling crowd recently, so now they fetch stupid money.
At least with them you stand out from the riff-raff in their X5's and Range Rovers, but sadly will also look like a rapper/footballer. I always feel a bit sad when a nice car gets ruined by moneybags.

Everything about it is so square and there's not a drop of leather in it. The dash looks like someone's laminate kitchen and the seats are proper paddy spec!

I have to say I love the whole square thing and always had a soft spot for old, proper Mercs.
But I wouldn't spend E20k on it, was more of a general comment. i did say stupid money;)
As for leather? I can take it or leave it.

Do t know if that price that much off. It is a k20 conversion and looks like a good one too. Descangorise interior and put it as a proper 2.0 in log book and it could get around 6k.

Those AC Schnitzer alloys are really popular with some BMW Heads, I think they are horrific!
