how do you put apps from itunes on to a jailbroken and unlocked 2g iphone

Provided that you're running firmware 2.0 or higher, you just sync the iPhone with iTunes or download them on the device itself through the app store.

The fact that you're asking this question suggests that you're on an older firmware. You'll probably have to update.
